Says it all. Awful company and I would not recommend. Free delivery on the way out, but £13 for a return, even if from England to overseas. . . terrible ethics. Actively telling friends to not buy anything from you directly. At least you've customers the chance to deliver themselves for a fraction of that cost.

Lækker fleece hoodie i god kvalitet, let men varm. God pasform, særligt med hals/hætte, dog måtte den gerne være en smule mere tætsiddende efter min smag.

Havde købt et par bukser som skulle retur, aldrig nogen problemer og produkterne er altid gode

Hello team, I am sorry but my experience was actually quite disappointing. I have admired the brand for a long time and was excited to get my first couple of pieces. I ordered a jacket and a hoodie, so shipping was free, however, I ended up paying about 100 Euro on top of my order for duties. Many brands cover these fees, but maybe Saysky is a newer brand and can't reasonably afford to do this for all international orders, so not a big deal to start. However, when the items came, the hoodie was a bit too large, so I wanted to exchange for a smaller size. It was at this point that I was informed that not only would I be paying a fee to return the item, but would also be paying duties again, as well as shipping since the hoodie alone is not going to be enough to have free shipping. I tried contacting customer service to see if there is anything that can be done to help with the snowball of fees that was mounting up, but the answer was a quick and clean "no". . . . no subsidized duties on the exchanged size, no waived return fee or free shipping, not even a small discount on my next order. The cold experience put enough of a sour taste in my mouth that I decided to return the whole order. I understand that Saysky states all of these rules somewhere on their website and are not obligated to do anything for me, but as an upcoming brand, I thought you might be able to put yourself in my shoes as well. . . with the ~125 Euro (already gone to fees and duties), I would have been happy to add another nice piece to my collection. Instead, it will unfortunately take a lot for me to proudly put another Saysky product on.

Really enjoyed first product and will explore more of the range

Det er noget virkelig lækkert sportstøj Saysky har, men en virkelig elendig retur politik. Har købt for over 2500 kr, og ville returnere 2 stk, da størrelserne ikke passede til mig. Jeg ville beholde for 1490 kr, og havde et gavekort på 1000 kr. men nej da, man vælger at returnere gavekortet til mig på de 1000 og sender mig regningen på 1490 kr. Så nu må jeg betale og have et ubrugt gavekort liggende i skuffen!! Jeg har skrevet frem og tilbage med Saysky, men de er hverken til at hugge eller stikke i! Total dårlig kundeservice. De burde se på deres returpolitik. Jeg har læst på Trustpilot, og der har de faktisk kun 2,4 stjerner, og alle kommentarerne handler om dårlig returpolitik!
