I placed a paid order on August 4th in the evening, and as of today, August 14th, I have neither received my order nor gotten any response from them. I have tried contacting them through every available channel: email, Instagram, WhatsApp, and the contact form on their website. I have received absolutely no response through any of these channels. I understand that an order placed in the evening may take some time to process, but completely ignoring a customer for 10 days despite multiple attempts to get in touch is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I hope they eventually respond and resolve the situation. I really hate having to leave feedback like this. I would have much rather enjoyed the product and shared a positive experience than spend my time trying to get a response from the company.
