Very friendly, helpful (and patient) sales gal. I asked to taste 4 or 5 honeys, till I chose the Spiced Peach Bourbon Honey.

We visited the store in Myrtle Beach. The women there were wonderful and informative and the mead was exceptional. We did not check baggage so had merch (>3. 1 oz) shipped back to MA. When the shipment arrived, we found that there had been damage to some of the contents. As it was a shipper issue clearly and not the fault of the folks at Savannah Bee, we just reordered two more of what was damaged but dropped them a line to maybe be a little more diligent in securing the product for shipping. The following day we received a highly apologetic email that they were crediting back the replacement product and the shipping, no further questions asked and a follow up email came several days later to ensure the new shipment was undamaged. PS The honey is fabulous!
