Immediately upon taking the bag out of the box I was struck by the fact that the so called Jungle GREY bag was not grey but an espresso brown with absolutely no hints of grey to be found. Disappointed but optimistic I went the pop-up shop and spoke with the clerk about receiving the wrong color item. When I showed the employee a picture of the bag I received she was dismayed and promised to have the correct item brought from the warehouse the following week. I had already contacted customer service who informed me that there can be color variances but that a new item could be send to me if I wanted, however picking it up seemed easier. The following week a different employee is there who also agrees that the bag color is wrong but as she wasn’t made aware of the exchange, she calls her supervisor to speak with me. This woman was abrasive and borderline rude. She offered no apologies or recognition of my ordeal. She said that the bag colors are named subjectively by the merchant and that each item is unique. I explained that grey and brown are two very different colors and as a customer I am disappointed by what I received. She repeatedly told me “I don’t know what you want me to do” before saying I should return it. However, when I contacted customer service to initiate the return, I was informed that the item was final sale. When I counter that nowhere on the neither the item page or description nor my receipt list the bag as final sale, I got radio silence and still no return label. I would not recommend this company due to the lack of buyer confidence that what you purchase will be what you receive, their bait and switch tactics and lack of quality customer service.
