The product (bracelet extension) is fine, good quality, was surprised it took longer than I expected to receive it. Could because of the weather which I know is out of your control.

I purchased a pair of custom earrings for my wife. They look nice and she is happy with them. She did say they were difficult to put on but once they are on she is not concerned about them falling off. My order experience was good. It did take the full two weeks for them to arrive and the on line tracking was never accurate. (It said they were still being polished the same say they arrived.

I love the ring but I do not feel it is clear that this is a soft chain ring, rather than a rigid one. I do like it but it isn’t exactly what I expected.
