They we fantastic over email with all queries I had and very knowledgeable

Made a warranty claim on a faulty saddle and Saracen replaced it with no fuss and the new saddle arrived quickly. Can't ask for better support. Thanks to Saracen customer care.

Another five star experience from Saracen. The bike arrived promptly fully built and setup ready to ride and is an absolute joy.

Excellent from start to finish

Fantastic bike for the price. Well built and rapid.

Absolutely love this bike and it looks great in blue definitely a head turner. Having so much fun with it already, thanks guys from Saracen

Fast delivery and bike was ready to ride

Speedy delivery

Have been very happy with my interactions with Saracen since the move to "direct to consumer" in 2020/21 and happy with their products before then under the LBS model. Looking forward to seeing new models, hopefully landing soon.

Prompt del. Very pleased that these spares are readily available. Well done Saracen for backing up your bikes.

Overall really pleased and would definitely purchase from again and recommend.

Good

Excellent. No complaints at all.

I'm happy

Awesome bike really is

Very happy with the bike itself. The Mantra Elite LSL has been excellent and has handled everything I’ve thrown at it so far. However, communication could have been better during the ordering process, as updates were a bit lacking. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and the product, but there’s room for improvement in customer communication.

Great shipping!

Exellent delveiry service

Communication and shipping not up to speed. 22:30 delivery on a Friday evening and no communication on expected delivery. I had to chase up Saracen.

Azienda veramente eccezionale!
