Shipping was at light speed - over night to a regional centre for crash replacement jacket. So grateful for the honoured crash replacement policy. Really helpful staff, and patient when I made a mistake in my order and had to do a return & new order Would be five stars except limited to email communication which took longer than I would have liked and online live chat on website was not responsive.
