Everything was excellent except the shipping. I live in Hawaii and don’t qualify for free shipping. You should extend free USPS Priority Mail shipping to Hawaii. I’m thinking it’s about the same cost as your free shipping using UPS/Fedex. There are lots of scuba divers in Hawaii.

Good pricing, faster than expected shipping during the holidays, efficient shipping packaging (i. e. right sized box, good but not excessive padding). I’ll definitely shop here again.

purchased a new light, did not like that it was broad beam. emailed Andrew that I would like to exchange it for the narrow beam. had a shipping label sent to me in no time with zero hassle. pleasure to do business with.
