Dealing with Sans Matin from order to return of item was super easy. Love the helpful guide to sizing, speed of delivery and frequency of communication. There was no quibble with returning the shoes and very simple process to drop them off at my local post office.

I’m so very sad because I love and adore these sneakers, but have to return them. My heel slips and there is not enough space in the toebox to go smaller. I don’t know why the heel slips because I took the fit quiz several times and every time it came up with size 40. They will be too short if I go down to a 39 yet in a 40 it’s so odd with the heel slip. They just won’t be stable enough. Additionally, I do need some arch support. Sadly, there is zero arch support in these. A request would be to offer the wonderful memory foam insoles with the option of being flat as they are or with our support. I think that may solve part of the problem. Deeply saddened, but I must return them.

Perfectly white so great for spring/summer. I bought the classic C20 trainers. I don’t agree with sizing up if between sizes as the size 37 fitted me perfectly. Had to return the 38 and charged for this but now I have one pair I’ll hopefully not need to order 2 sizes in future if the fit is the same. Very comfortable insoles and around the heel area. Toe area is stiffer but will presumably soften with wear although not uncomfortable. Worn them twice so will see how they age.
