after about 3 months of the tent being parked outside on the camper, I have had absolutely no issues with moisture getting into the tent, so far, the seals look to be holding up perfectly. However, occasional condensation may be present on the inside of the roof on a cold morning.

Very easy to install. Easy to use. I can see much more down the side of my car. The only thing that is wrong the bottom mirror right in the middle is a spot that makes things look concave. But other than that I'm happy with them.
