Initial ordering a bit complex, but otherwise excellent.

This is my 4th dressing gown from Sandra’s online. So cosy light but warm. Washes well and a very fair price.

Good website. Cheaper than the sellers of the same product on Ebay. Delivered quickly and adequately packaged. One negative, one of the garments has a dirty mark on the material. Unsure why as poly bag not damaged in any way. Slight shame as it's a Christmas gift. I think it will wash, but haven't the time before the 25th so having to give the gift dirty. Not how I like to give gifts.

The advice slip correctly state my order but the package sent was quality bras by Gemm size 42 did and my Oder and invoice slip was Naturana soft cup one white one nude colour 36 B it was a repeat order exactly the same q. The returns period is gone so what am I supposed to do
