Called the number to try to speak to someone never answered. Tried 3 times

I ordered a part for local pickup that the store didn't have in stock, but they checked other stores and instead got it sent to my address. Great service.

website promises 1-3 business days to process order, its been over 5 days and no response or update.

My order hasn't shipped yet. Lots of money spent.

looked up the part I needed on the internet and it showed 4wd had it for the cheapest around. I ordered then 10 minutes later they cancelled my order. I started looking for my part again on the internet and again it showed 4wd had the part but this time it was like almost twice $$$ the amount I originally tried to buy it for. Wow really? not cool

After my order was processed, I cannot find any information on when to expect to receive my order. I consider this poor customer service.

It's been over two weeks and no product or tracking number.

We will see after I receive the part .

I ordered a top for my jeep and they sent the windshield track and it's been a month and they still haven't shipped my top. If I could give no stars that is what I would have rated my experience.

ordered rims from this company, they didn't send a hub cap in one of the rims. When i tried to call their sales assist number I could never get through. When i finally did get through I was told purchasing would call me and send the hub cap. It's been a week and haven't heard anything from them. I ended up having to buy a new hub cap, which after shipping was like another $40. Overall unprofessional and terrible customer service.

It has now been almost a month and my item has still not shipped. I was not told before buying this product that the item was not in stock or there would be such a long wait time for the item to be shipped. I emailed customer service and never got a response and called corporate and was put on hold for almost an hour and was never able to get through to anybody. I work at a dealership and will not be using them again for ordering parts.

Ordered last night and it's on its way already.

I waited on hold for over 30 mins before hanging up (twice!) trying to get order tracking info. In the end I finally got someone but no info. 4WD needs better phone response and less phone numbers to choose from. And for orders that ship directly from a third party please provide that PO number to the customer so when they can't get ahold of you they can at least get the info from the third party. Otherwise get and pass accurate info yourselves.
