My son and I recently started taking Jiu-Jitsu together and needed gis for class. I was going to just buy gis from our gym since I get a 20% discount. . . but they were still $225 each! With a lot of options online I asked one of the coaches who highly recommended Sanabul. I was able to get the Essential Gis for less than $60 each with a new customer promo code and the shipping was free. When they came in I was impressed with the look, feel, and quality, especially considering the price! They are also much lighter than the ones from the gym (I don't know the brand). My son is 5'07" 140 lbs and the A1 size fits him great! I am 5'11" 190 lbs and the A2 fits perfect! We have only rolled in them a few times. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I want to see how they hold up. If they are as durable as I expect they will be I will have to change this rating. BTW, we wash them in cold water and hang to dry and the size has not changed. Very happy with this purchase!
