Placing our order was fine, however there was confusion with the proof on my end and not being able to fully view and approve in a timely fashion. Then there was a delay in shipping. The sign itself is perfect and we will def order again. We use this sign on our concession trailers and we will be selling more of those.

We use them for all our trade show needs, and the products -- AND the customer service is FABULOUS. They are so personable and responsive and I always have a great experience. They also just did a totally custom stretch sleeve shape for us to go over a custom railing and the fit was perfect. THANK YOU for the always great customer service.

San Diego sign never disappoints. I ordered a retractable banner and it came quick and looks great.

This is the second sign i've ordered. Service is top notch with swift communication and answers to questions. My only small criticism would be that the sign I ordered has a stand that is not really compatible with the height of the sign as the sign leans forward. If the stand had two legs I think it would be better but this was not an option. I would happily pay for a better stand.

Happy with the quality of the banner and the printing. One recommendation would be to have the dimensions listed in the picture available BEFORE purchasing. It would have been better to be able to have the dimensions BEFORE creating the graphic rather than creating the graphic then having to send it back to the designer to adjust to the dimensions.
