While the shoes that I ordered and tried on and returned did not fit properly. The service by the folks at Samuel Hibbard was outstanding. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful, and the return process was very easy. I’ve had good luck with Samuel Hubbard in the past, however, the fit of the most recent shoes I tried on wouldn’t work for me.
