Excellent quality

Quick shipping. Arrived nicely packaged. Could be used for a gift. Had used all the Saltverk salt I purchased from Iceland and was so happy I could order it. Now I know how great it is- best salt in the world and will bring home a suitcase full on my next visit!

It arrived when expected. I used the regular shipping, and it came within 4-5 business days. I was able to track it using Shop. The last time I ordered some, I think I selected the next level upgrade in shipping. After 2-3 weeks, it hadn't arrived and appeared to have left Nashville (where I am located), going back toward the East Coast. Of course, this isn't Saltverk's fault. It is our crazy postal service. However, I was upset and told them that if it didn't arrive that I'd need a refund or they needed to resend me another shipment for no additional cost. They didn't argue and apologized for the experience, and refunded the full cost and told me that if it arrived that I could keep it. It ended up arriving 2 days later. There are a number of ways they could have handled this issue, which they did not cause, but I was very appreciative of how they addressed it. Which is another reason why I am a devoted customer now, notwithstanding that I think they have some of the best salt in the world. Certainly in the top 3 of any salt you can commercially buy and ship to the United States.
