Perfect process and great customer service

I love recieving these jumpers as they are beautifully packaged in tissue paper and a smart box - not shoved in a plastic bag which means they arrive creased and/or damaged. I returned my first purchase as the Medium was too large, but Anna was very helpful and the exchange was made without issue and promptly - I mention that because another item I returned to another company 'did not do exchanges' - meaning I had to send it back and re-order which took five weeks - thus Salthouse service was superior in every way.
