SO, this was my second time ordering on line from S&S and the first time was a disaster... was very hesitant to try again, but decided to do it as I do love the product... this is it went without a flaw, and was completely happy that I gave it another try... will be doing it again soon.

Ships quickly and in a great container (albeit a bit expensive), but where else can you get amazing, unique flavors in a quality product without all the gross ingredients that others use?

The first shipment arrived melted then refrozen. The ice packs were still frozen, the ice cream was frozen, but it was clear it had all been melted previously. Customer service was OUTSTANDING... they sent me an entire new shipment that was PERFECTION.

I ordered a 3 month subscription as a gift. They have received 2 orders and they were both the same. They don't care for the salted ice creams.
