The products I bought were a competitive price, and the ordering and shipping process were fine, so nothing to fault in those areas. I found the quantity of emails and review reminders to be excessive. Asides from the many email updates and reminders, I received five texts as well: two of them containing information that was already in emails I received, and the last three were reminders to review the item. These three review texts I received before my order arrived! What exactly can I review at that point? I know I’ve ordered the product and I know it’s on the way since I’ve received a tracking number. If I want to write a review it’s usually to highlight something exceptional one way or another. I certainly don’t want to feel compelled to write a review that says the spamming is ruining the experience of ordering a product through this company. Now, I have to ask myself if I want to receive perhaps 20 texts and emails combined just to buy a simple product.
