Great product, service not professional though. Lots of confusion when I brought up the concern that the product was not available to ship to canada anymore and unable to email the vendor most times because there is something wrong with their email server. Ended up buying on the website instead of Amazon to ship to Canada. my parents, whom it was a GIFT for, got charged $50-60 CAD at the door by FEDEX/UPS for customs and taxes. This should be in clear writing on the checkout page but NAMA suggests that this is written in the disclaimers... There is nothing written anywhere unless you're someone who reads the "terms and conditions". Lets be fair here. no one reads those Great product but not but if you're in Canada unless you want to pay ridiculous fees and deal with bad service. Tbh I would expect more from a company helping people perform sujuud I asked for some kind of partial refund considering I bought two of these and spent a lot of money but Nama was not interested since they were not responsible for duties/taxes
