This company needs to train the customer service representative basic customer service skills . Felicia is very unprofessional.

I have been ordering from this company for some time never had a problem until I sent a pair of earrings back and the claimed they were damage and I never even tried both of the earrings on . They rejected the return and a customer service rep name Felicia told me If I change the original review they would make an exception. So they lied about the condition of the return to trick me into writing a positive feedback. Be aware this a very bad company ! Will never order again .

The Karla bracelet is nice but the size 7 is a bit large for my wrist; and the turquoise doesn’t stand out as much as it appears to online. But it’s a good price point and I know it’ll be durable for infrequent wear.
