I love that the design of each clove is on both sides of the clove so that when the bracelet turns around, you don’t have to always flip it to the design side. I received a bunch of compliments and am very satisfied with my bracelets, I’m wearing them everyday.

This company needs to train the customer service representative basic customer service skills . Felicia is very unprofessional.

I have been ordering from this company for some time never had a problem until I sent a pair of earrings back and the claimed they were damage and I never even tried both of the earrings on . They rejected the return and a customer service rep name Felicia told me If I change the original review they would make an exception. So they lied about the condition of the return to trick me into writing a positive feedback. Be aware this a very bad company ! Will never order again .
