Product arrived on time and was as advertised and good. Only strange thing was they said a free measuring tape would arrive as a gift with purchase but it never came.

My tread is very neat and easily installed. It was a reasonable price, exactly what I wanted and delivered in reasonable time. My only mistake, I should have specified the finished length I wanted instead of cutting it myself. We live and learn.

Product was exactly as expected

Once again, great service, excellent products, atrocious delivery. Repeat customer and it's the same each time. This order took over 2 weeks, nearly 3, to be delivered when the distance from the store to delivery point is less than 30km. I understand that this is out of the hands of Safety Xpress but geeze. Perhaps you may need to put a rocket up your courier mob.

I was away when the parcel was delivered. The local Post Office did not have it. I had to drop in on the Newcastle depot a couple of days later to retrieve it. A bit of a nuisance.

All my orders have been online. Safety Xpress have been great with picking and readying the products for dispatch. And that's where it comes to a grinding halt. My latest order, so far, has taken 7 days to go less than 30km and I'm told that it is likely to be another 6 days before it's delivered. My previous order took 8 days and was found further away than from where it was sent.
