Very slow shipping time and poor customer service. I still have not received my product yet. Will not visit this site again.

I placed my order on 11/06/25 for three items. It is now 11/28/25 and I have received two of my three items. Complete order was paid for on 11/06/25, but I am still waiting on my third item. It would have been helpful to know at the time of my order that not all items were in stock. I could have gone elsewhere to purchase my items. Prices were reasonable, but fulfillment needs work. Hopefully my third and final item arrives the first week of December as I have been previously told. I will check the website to see if this issue has been fixed in the future, but I am not sure I will order from Safety Company again in the future.

The shipping was super fast, they had the OEM replacement part I needed, and the price was lower than the manufacturers website and Amazon. Magnificent.

I had ordered a pair of overshoes to make wheel stops so that I could walk down a nearby path. I then decided to try a different style, and meantime returned the ones I had ordered. The other style did not work out, but I had modified them beyond returnability, so I tried to order an other pair just like the first, plus another one, two sizes smaller. Somehow, what arrived was a different stye altogether, bot of which are women's size iknstead of mens' nsize, and useless. I will be requesting an RMA on Monday, with a request to resend the correct style in the two sizes I requested. This time, I will reference my ;previous order, as apparently I was not able to navigate successfully to my previous purchase from the order reply emails. The sales staff have been most helpful, but the catalog page presentation is missing a key piece of information for overshoes: overall length. I was not ab le to find that information anywhere, and that is why I ended up ordering the wrong size, which I would not have done if the length had been included. I trust that the order department will include free return shipping with the new order (once I submit the request tot them.

When I received the shipment of the stokes basket i ordered, the box was damaged, and the basket was bent up. I understand it was not the safety companies fault however better protection of the item could have prevented the damage to the basket. I was able to bend it back and all is well. I will be placing more orders from here in the future. Thank You

I got my safety glasses in two shipments because of backorder but they all came very quickly. All the way across the country no less! Very satisfied with price website and service. Great company will order again!
