These are great for my salmon salads - I combine them with roasted beets, edamame, grated carrots, Persian cucumbers, and broccoli sprouts for my post-workout protein packed, nutrient dense meal. The only reason I took away one star is because I wish the flavors were more robust.

My overall experience with Safe Catch is Exceptional product and service.

This is great tuna - enjoyed even by those who (think they) are not crazy about tuna: I took a chance on it being rejected as a main course protein. . . sauteeing minced garlic in olive oil, adding the tuna, then tossing in spaghettij. Success! One small hitch with delivery: My order was shipped via USPS, which has problematic tracking and redelivery. So I'm ordering via Amazon this time. I'd rather deal directly with Safe Catch, but the ability to know when to be home to receive the package is essential.

I’m on a keto diet, so giving me the option to choose avocado or olive oil is fantastic! So grateful you use healthy oils to pack your fish in.
