Added to this, the bag was beautifully wrapped for delivery and arrived within days - no postage cost was applicable as the company pays. I ordered over the lull in trading for a well deserved break after Christmas. I got a prompt email of when the artisans would be back at work so I knew when my item would be ready…. to my absolute pleasure, it arrived earlier then expected and I’m so happy with it! Thanks guys!!!

One week after receiving my briefcase, I sadly damaged and scuffed the leather bag. In consultation with Saddler and Co (Bede Aldridge), I sent the bag back for it to be reconditioned and leather treatment. The product after the treatment was exceptional. The repair was fantastic and quality was beyond words. The Saddlers Briefcase is of exceptional quality and a true testament to their craftsmanship and quality of leather used.
