For 16 years i worked 12 hour shifts two days then two graves and alot of times more on my days off. Basically I would get home take melatonin and try and go to sleep as soon as possible just to try and get enough sleep for the next day. When I got laid off I was taking 30 mg every night just to try and get back on a normal sleep schedule. I knew that taking that amount probably wasn't very good for me so I looked for a substitute. That's when I found this product and it has worked great. I still work a swing shift but I take it once I get home and in 30 minutes I am ready for bed and right to sleep. I wake up feeling rested and not cloudy like I did with the melatonin. 10/10 recommend.
