Ordered a lightsaber last year and am still waiting for it to be delivered. I am now getting no response to my emails. Don’t buy from here.

I purchased a lightsaber late last year. it took two months to arrive but I could understand that. It was mostly intact on arrival, but there seemed to be a problem with the battery terminal inside and it would not charge. I contacted them and they sent a postage sticker for me to return it. I returned it and have heard nothing since. I have emailed 3 times and had one response that they would look into it that week. two weeks later and no word. I am very disappointed.

Was a little worried about the quality but after getting it and having it for a few months I am very happy with the quality of the item and the quality of service and support from saber force

The saver is perfect down to the last detail it’s very comfortable to hold with the chrome grip and an amazing sound system using smooth swing!!!

The two Sabers were nice; my boys loved them. The only downside was that they were crammed into one box, and there were no instructions for the sabers.

It took nearly a month to actually receive the product wasn’t the issue. Came in with a cool box and such. Light sabers came what I expected it was just there was no instruction manual that came to it. I still enjoy playing with it but it’s just hard not knowing what the buttons do

Ordered a Neo-Pixel Phantom lightsaber and for the price, it comes with way more customization options than you'd think. The blade is neo-pixel but you're allowed to use it to duel. The hilt has attention to the details that are shown in the photos and feel good to hold and is solid so I can swing it around pretty aggressively and not have to worry. The neo-pixel blade may sometimes lag when starting up and its the same with the sound that play through the speakers with some of the louder sound fonts. But overall for $300 I have a combat ready neopixel lightsaber pre programmed with so many different options that it overshadows them. You get 12 months warranty anyways so they cover you on anything major. Overall it was a good experience and I'd recommend them to anyone that wanted to get one. For someone on a budget that still wanted a good one I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Shipping was fast once preorder was done. I do think it needs to be clearer in the website when items are for preorder as I did not see it when I ordered. But excellent customer service & fast shipping !

It took a month from placing the order to finally receiving the saber, but since it was a pre-order, I was fine with the wait. The customer service team did their best to assist me. As for the saber itself, the quality is excellent—you can really feel the weight, the machining is excellent, and it’s very easy to assemble.

Definitely recommend, quality, details everything down to the last spec is perfect.

I purchased the Padwan saber for my wife for her birthday. When ordering it was on back order and the shipping dates were very close to her birthday so I contact Saberforce Support and they were extremely helpful and responsive. They kept me up to date along the way and the saber arrived, well packaged and my wife is super excited about it. The build quality is excellent, very nice finishes on the hilt. The light is very bright and the sounds are good and loud (but this is adjustable). A lot of options to play with around sound effects and light colours and effects. I would highly recommend Saberforce as a company and their products. 10/10.
