It's wonderful and my son who is 11 has had good experience so far

I purchased this computer for my son (11 years old) who is just getting into gaming. He absolutely loves it! When we first set it up, I had major issues ( and also lack computer skills). I called the customer service number, and let me tell you!!… I have never had a more pleasant experience regarding ANY customer service, than I did with them. Right away, he knew my issue and walked me through step by step how to fix the problem. THANK YOU!! 🙏🏼 My son has been on his computer every day and it works wonders!

The PC came already to plug and play, and although I build computers, this was a very easy plug and play.
