A travel game changer. The Rydir band can be scrunched down so I can easily access items in my tote bag and helps keep my bag clean when stowed under the seat. Love it, never leave on a trip without it. It’s that great!

I initially purchased one color in the Rydir cover. I subsequently changed my mind and reached out to the company requesting an exchange. I had an immediate response from Kim wanting to know what color I would prefer. We traded a couple of messages, I settled on the Sky Blue Leopard band and before I could get back to kim on the Exchange, I received notification that the order for the new band had been processed and shipped! Further correspondence with Kim told me to keep the first band that I purchased and to gift it to a friend or family. “The blue band was on its way and please enjoy”. I have never experienced such phenomenal customer service. The immediate response to my inquiry, that the owner took interest in what it was I wanted and took the initiative to ship it out to me. On top of that no charge keep the one I already ordered and paid for and hopefully someone else I know could enjoy it. How can you compare to this? This is fantastic! I do hope this company comes out with more products because I will be first in line to purchase. I am so thrilled and I am telling everyone I know about this experience. THANK YOU KIM!
