I love the clothing I have shopped a few times. But recently I discovered after sending back garments once (at my cost ) for another size, and still not fitting right I wanted to return for a refund. However, options are exchange OR store credit. For over a $200 shop, this has not promoted any customer loyalty for me to return and shop in the future. :-(
