Prompt service but would like to see the freight reduced.

The online return process is slightly frustrating being unable to choose a different colour and size in the same style for exchange as my preferred colour was out of XS and was unable to opt for a different colour in that size. I could however select a credit. Paid for the print out return slip… this made posting it back actually very easy. Now the waiting game of getting my credit… the warehouse has to receive my return before getting a store credit issued. Would be great if you could send the credit after the online application has been completed. It’s probably going to take approx 2 weeks to get the returned item and then I might have missed out on the remain XS in the other colour options I was hoping for. Maybe if there was a way for a staff member to hold you size then release the item once return has been received from the warehouse would help ? Don’t know if that’s possible. Otherwise great product, great speedy response from staff when enquiring about the return process.
