I have to say this is a must have! I recommend this for anybody who wants to nourish and support mental clarity. I have been using these products for about a year now and I can feel a huge difference in my minds clarity and even my energy level almost as soon as I use it. It really seems to help me organize my tasks better instead of feeling overwhelmed. I really appreciate the nerve support it has offered me. Next I want to replace my morning coffee with this! I also used the Brain & Nervous System Optimization after getting covid and I believe it helped me heal and repair as I had completely lost my sense of smell for several months.
