I first went to the shop in San Francisco and tried on a larger size of the shirt I eventually purchased on-line. There was no other availability. The staff was great. They were friendly and professional. They offered a couple of pieces to try with the items I had chosen myself to allow a better representation of my choices. They did not pressure a sale. I bought a different shirt in store, and two on-line as mentioned above.
