We had such a wonderful experience with Rustic and Main. The unboxing alone felt special—it came complete with a certificate of authenticity for the WWII M1 Garand Rifle Stock used in the inner inlay of my fiancé’s wedding ring. The craftsmanship was evident in every detail, from the supple leather pouch to the beautifully made walnut ring box. The leather rings were a snug fit, but their quality was undeniable. And the custom wooden ring—absolutely worth both the wait and the price. Rustic and Main doesn’t just make rings, they create heirlooms. My only regret is that our engagement wasn’t longer, so we could have ordered my ring from them too!

Amazing fit after resizing!

The ring you created is absolutely gorgeous. When I lifted it out of the box I knew I made the right choice in choosing Rustic & Main, Mike's custom ring will be perfect for my boyfriend when I propose to him in just a few weeks! Thank you for your communication, handiwork, and craft!

So starting off my whole experience, I placed my order and it said 7 to 10 business days before I would be mailed the ring sizer. On business day seven or eight I called the store and asked where the ring sizer was because I was not notified that it was even shipped. The lady that I spoke to on the phone said “oh we wait 7 to 10 business days before we ship your stuff. ” I said that’s not how that works. It’s 7 to 10 business days for it to get to me when y’all ship it. She was very rude on the phone with me and was very dismissive. I then called back the next day. Spoke to someone else, they said I don’t know who you talk to, but that’s incorrect. Then they got me in contact with customer service. I told them everything that was going on. They apologized and I told me that we could just skip the zip tie ring sizer and move on straight to the ring sizes because my fiancé already knew his ring size. In the mail I then received the zip tie ring sizer, which I did not need. I then emailed again stating his ring size. They sent me three rings to try on. I sent the video and was told that the 11. 5 was too big. I responded by saying the 11 got stuck on his finger and the 12 fell off the 11. 5 felt the most comfortable. I was then told well due to him getting a gold band. It would be larger therefore the 11. 5 was too big. How does that make any sense if it’s an 11. 5 it’s an 11. 5. So they then sent me 11. 25 in the mail and guess what? It was too small. So yet again I told them I wanted the 11. 5. They asked again are you sure, it’s going to be bigger in the gold size? I said yes I want the 11. 5. So after going back-and-forth and not listening to the customer, they finally did what I wanted after paying over $2000. I got the ring and it’s absolutely beautiful and it fits perfect perfectly. So I was not happy with the entire process and me having to constantly call to find out where the sizers were and where and when my ring was going to be sent. Which was extremely str...

My husband was thrilled with the band he received. It was everything I could have possibly hoped for. The service from the company was impeccable. They worked with me on shipping and were able to expedite the order so we could both have our bands on our wedding day. The sizing was perfect and they were kind enough to send ring sizers so that he could truly get a feel for how the ring would fit. Overall, if I could give this business 10 stars I would.

I am beyond disappointed with this company. I purchased my wedding ring here and spent a good amount of money on it, expecting it to last a lifetime. Instead, the ring completely cracked in half. What makes this even worse is that the ring was never used for hard labor, water exposure, or anything that would justify this kind of damage. When I reached out for help, I was told the warranty wouldn’t cover it and was only given expensive “options” to repair or replace it. Instead of standing behind their product, they tried to charge me hundreds more. That is completely unacceptable. A wedding ring should be made to last, and the quality here is clearly lacking. I will never purchase from this company again and I want others to know before they make the same mistake.

I picked this ring up for something different. I can wear it for hours without being uncomfortable. Recommend one for your collection.
