I ordered the same towels that I ordered from the original encounter with Rush . . . . the only difference would be the color of the towel. After 3 days, I got an email stating they were out of the red towels I wanted and it would be a month to get them in, about. I went with a navy blue, or so I thought. I am not even sure what color the towels are, but def not royal. The other part, they are not the same towels, these towels are bigger for some reason. In the end, I felt like something should of been done for the inconvenience of the red vs blue towels, no offer of anything. I have not complained to them on the blue color so thats on me.

The product looks good but I’ve had 5 or 6 lighters break on me already

The print quality is clear overall, and the sublimation appears sharp and well-aligned. However, parts of the towel show some white areas where the black didn’t fully saturate the fabric, resulting in uneven color coverage. For it being a product that I plan to sell, I’m not very pleased with the outcome, as the exposed white microfiber along the affects the overall finish and presentation.
