The product looks good but I’ve had 5 or 6 lighters break on me already

The print quality is clear overall, and the sublimation appears sharp and well-aligned. However, parts of the towel show some white areas where the black didn’t fully saturate the fabric, resulting in uneven color coverage. For it being a product that I plan to sell, I’m not very pleased with the outcome, as the exposed white microfiber along the affects the overall finish and presentation.

Website was a bit frustrating as I would have loved more font and size options. However, the price was good and I received the customized tote bags 5 days sooner than expected! They look great!

The cups, magnets, and bags in my order were fantastic, and Kari was incredibly helpful! Overall, very pleased with the service. I'm overjoyed that there is such a quick response rate for assistance, and I'm able to talk with someone on the phone. The website was very easy to navigate as well.

My previous vendor failed me very last minute this year and I needed an extremely quick turnaround on this item for an event on a date coming up in 2 weeks. Was very pleased how quickly they were able to draft artwork for my approval and get it into production immediately to get it to me on time. You saved me for our event this year. Will be coming back again for more next event.
