We had a print-quality issue with a promotional order, and Kari Matlack was wonderful to work with as it was resolved. She listened to our concerns, followed up with the appropriate teams, and helped secure approval for a full refund. Kari was professional, patient, and responsive throughout the process. The products did not meet our expectations, but the customer service was excellent. Thank you, Kari, for your care and persistence in helping us reach a resolution!

I really enjoyed that overall process with rushIMPRINT. It was easy, true to the process, and the end results/products are amazing! The printed sports towels were exceptionally high quality and I continue to get comments on them. Very much planning to use this service in the future!

Fast turnaround on proof of graphics and speedy production & delivery. Quality of what I received was great and everything was done at a very fair cost. Would definitely recommend.
