First blanket came with a hole in the stuff sack. We returned it for an exchange and we weren’t sent the replacement until a reached out a couple weeks later.

I had been watching the Rumpl Puffy Blankets for a long time as I love the idea that they are made from recycled plastic bottles! We were so happy to jump all over the NFL blanket deal and we use them everyday. Our kids love them and they are so warm and toasty! Rumpl has been awesome and the items shipped very quickly.

Ref order RPL4570. I received my blanket prior to Xmas but the stuff sack was damaged. I emailed your team and they responded quickly saying they would try and find a spare sack and send it to me. Despite several emails chasing i haven't received a response since the 27th December and i want to know what is going on please.
