I ordered shoes for my son, but he initially told me the wrong size. The customer service was very helpful! I was able to order the new shoes and send the old ones back in less than a week during the Christmas rush! Product received is a quality item. Will definitely shop with Rudis again!

Ordering from Rudis has always been great. Our son was getting significant Plantar pain with another brand of shoe. We switched to Rudis Colts and Tbilisi, and we have not had any issues with pain returning.
