I like the Rubio Mono Coat. I used to use Sam Maloof poly oil finish and this has taken its place.

I used Rubio monocoat to seal a Fish Tank Cabinet built with 8/4 white oak boards. A year later and the finish is still looking fresh and has developed a pleasant matte charachter. I used Natural for my last project. I will continue to use this product in the futre.

I've used Rubio Monocoat on several occasions, and have started using it almost exclusively on custom furniture builds. It applies great, with no overlap marks, and the one coat coverage has reduce my finishing workload tremendously. My customers love the color choices and quality protection. Highly recommend
