The price at RTADirect is very competitive with what is out there. Jared from customer service was sweet before and after the purchase with a quick response time. Order status is confusing. My entire order is marked as fulfilled but only 3/4 of the order was shipped out due to items being out of stock. How do you track what still needs to be sent? The claims department takes a bit of time. I’m still waiting on my claim which puts my project behind. Product quality is a different story. I ordered the Charleston antique white cabinets. Ordering new cabinets, I kind of expected pristine conditions. You kinda have to turn a blind eye on them for them to pass manufacturing QA. Connections piece not fully cut. Nicks on the face frame. 2 left drawer slides (try having 2 left feet). Also beware of different length screws in the same package.

Delivery was fast, although they just showed up without a call to make sure we were home. All items were delivered. There is a bit of a learning curve for those that aren’t used to assembling furniture or cabinets. But you can catch on quickly. End products are awesome! Fit, form and function meets and in many aspects exceeds expectations!

All went well from configuration to delivery. Jared was a great in working through mods to the config, the pricing was great, and the quality is fine. My client is very happy, and I'll be sure to recommend rtadirct for future projects.

Call 5 times over two days and no one ever called me back. There cabinets are the customer service is terrible.

Customer service stops right after they collect your money. One cabinet was damaged. They will find any loophole not to replace or fix their product. Can not get a hold of anyone. Takes days to call back. Weeks to respond to emails. At the and you will end up going to different company.

Great company to deal with! Very easy process from measuring to delivery! They know how to help find designs/colors for any kitchen. Very thankful to have found RTAdirect
