Many years ago, I endured a hit to my nervous system with stressors in life and poor eating habits. It caused me to be very anxious, feel intimidated, kind of depressed and a little hopeless. After much searching, reading, doctors visits, and different supplements I was still not feeling "at ease" in my body. After much prayer as to what to do, I saw this CBD R&R liquid tincture at the health food store I shop at, so I decided to give them a try. I was and still am very pleased with their products. Whenever I feel the stress in my body rising up or feel cranking and don't know why, then I take the R&R and within 20 to 30 mins I notice that my system has quieted. It is a very nice feeling to have a "normal" calming without feeling dopey, lethargic or de-motivated. It has been a great blessing to have in my life. In fact, I had to get on a plane and fly a few years ago, which I had not done in over 12 years and their gummies actually helped prevent me from having a full blown panic attack on the plane. If you've ever dealt with panic attacks, you'll know what a saving grace that was. Thank you R&R for making a product that stabilizes MY nervous system.
