After two phone calls to a very lovely lady at Rout One, who helped me so much, ensuring I had got everything ordered, a neat little set up, as a special gift to my daughter for her 13th birthday, items she had personally chosen and iv waited months for her to make her mind up , you can only imagine the immediate disappointment she and I had when handed a parcel containing only some free clear grip tape (which should have been fitted to the bord)! even got the next day delivery so it was in time for her birthday. . . . huge impact us as this was a main gift . . . let hope they treat my daughter and myself with some dignity, I will be calling them first thing for them to rectify this massive oversight,

Great service as always - parcel was slower to be delivered than usual but busy Xmas period unavoidable, still arrived for Xmas and reimbursed next day delivery fee . Fantastic service and any issues always dealt with quickly . Will shop online and in store again , my go to clothes shop for all the family
