Rotopax Customer Service is ways Amazing Grest company takes care of there customer I had a recent issue were FedEx dropped my package off To some other address my package was never found I opened up a Tocket with FedEx to investigate and basically say it was delivered same info that my tracking said fedex said speak to company your order came from Spoke to Ryan at rotopax he got me another order coming and opened up a ticket with FedEx from the company side. Ryan just a awesome guy and Always takes care of the customer. Never had a issue with rotopax even had a warranty on a nozzle for one of my gas cans and Will be replacing one of my gas cans after several years of the sun beating on it. Superb customer service
