Fast shipping and great customer service but I’m not pleased with the product at all. They don’t work.

I never received this item and have reached out to the company. No response. The original order was placed January 8, 2026. Today is January 29, 2026

I once used the wrong shipping address, and the customer support email helped me correct the error right away before the order processed. So easy!

No notable difference with this product in reducing dark spots on my face

I absolutely love this product so much! It’s the winter time and I break out pretty bad due to the cold weather, and thankfully these patches have helped my skin!

I haven't used it for so long to say whether it works or not, but it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.

Rosen's customer service has always been amazing. I've felt this way since purchasing from them in 2020.

ordered almost a month ago, they messed up when shipping my order and forgot to fill out the paperwork properly so my order repeatedly got sent back to sender and i still do not have it. I sent multiple emails to customer service asking for a refund but I have been ignored. I really like this product however their customer service is terrible and not worth the hassle
