this product is great for the convenience. it has made kava much more accessible for me. that said, i need at least two pumps to really feel it and more like 3-5 pumps to be comparable to drinking fresh kava. at least that’s been my experience so far. i still have more experimentation to do, but i think because of the nature of this product the effects are unique to it and not easily comparable. for example i’ve noticed the effects from this product set in fast but don’t seem to last as long. anyway, it’s worth a try and a decent deal for the convenience. it’s also easy to make mixed drinks with

This would probably make good capsules, but it is wrongly marketed as “soluble”. I’ve tried to mix it into every liquid I can imagine to no avail. It just disappointingly clumps and floats on the surface! 😒
