I’ve ordered from this supplier in the past and it was decent back then. Now the product is not good, doesn’t have any effect. It’s not a user error because I know how to prepare it and I’m aware of the “reverse tolerance” etc. I spent $40 for no effect whatsoever. Customer service took weeks to respond and didn’t care. Won’t we ordering from here again.
