I bought a T5 6 bulb set up and when I received it found out they had shipped the bloom version not the grow version -- I called them, got through to a live person right away and they priority mailed me the correct bulbs and told me to keep the wrong ones. The replacement showed up two days later and everything works perfect - Thank you for a good experience.
