Beautiful watch

My second item was left out of my order. I called customer service and they apologized and acknowledged it was not shipped. The item is going to be shipped. I was so impressed how fast all of this was taken care of. I will buy from Roger’s and Holland again and again. Thank you so much!

Great jeweler! I'm a pretty impatient person so when I order something online I jave a hard time waiting for it to be delivered but they do a good job of getting your order to you quickly! I would definetely recomend them!

I am very happy with the ring and your guys customer service! I accidentally forgot to purchase the lifetime warranty online and I needed it sized up because the website didn’t offer the size I needed. But when I called the store manager, she gave me the chance to buy the warranty to get it to the size I desired. She also made sure I had the ring before the date I needed it. I absolutely love the ring and when I asked my now fiancé, she can’t stop admiring the ring and have gotten a lot of compliments from others. My fiancé loves opal and this ring was everything and more than she dreamed of. Thank you guys for everything and I will definitely will be going through you guys for all my jewelry needs.

Ordered my ring online and came promptly. Had to have it resized at the closest store location in Fairview heights. Customer service was excellent. Received my ring back in two weeks as quoted. The heart-shaped peridot sterling silver bracelet I purchased as a birthday gift for a dear friend was everything I had hoped for and more. The price I paid was much below what I would expect for such a fine piece of jewelry. I will to be doing future business with Rogers & Hollands.
