Hi There, The belt was recommended to me by a Friend at Bedfordview Athletics and I cannot give more praise about the belt than what I already told my fellow runners at a Social for Atlantic Athletic Club here in Cape Town on Tuesday. I walked around with it at first during Taper week then at the Two Oceans Ultra I used it. I managed to fit my phone, House keys, eight Cramp assaults as well as three little bank sized bags with refills of Carbogen & Slowmag Fizzy's. I was worried that it would be uncomfy but it stayed tight where I strapped it and did not move at all until I took it off after six hours. Very very Happy Last but not the least the service during ordering , couriering and final delivery was seamless, which made the client experience amazing. I also chatted to Gary at the Expo.
