I purchased another Black rubber boots from Rocket Dog since the other one I had purchased was a little stiff the rubber, but I got a lot of compliments I also have the Blue pair rocket rubber rain boots from Marshall’s in 2020 which fit great in an 8 and it wasn’t stiff like the black one that I purchased from RD because putting them on was quite hard causing the shoe string hook to pop off. This time I got a 8. 5 for the black rubber boots in case they are stiff again. I received the blk rubber boots and they fit good and the rubber boots were soft and not stiff like the previous purchase. I’m pleased with it.

My order was pretty straightforward, I placed online and the product arrived in a timely manner with no issues.

Love these they look great with anything! I have the corduroy khaki and absolutely love both!

Shipping was prompt, and a return request was also processed quickly, but the way the shoes are tightly wrapped in a taped-down bag makes it very hard to return them in the original packaging.

Rocketdog was great, I got my shoes quickly and in great shape. I wish they would have fit better.

Need to better describe shoes when they run either large or small so customer can choose a size that will fit them best.

How can I return?

The first pair of boots that I ordered were just a bit too small, so I opted to send them back and order a half size bigger. Customer service was very helpful in getting me the return information and I ordered the new pair the same day. Shipping took a few days to arrive, but worth the wait!

The boots look nice but of course they hurt my feet. I keep hoping to find something dressy that doesn't hurt. Your company should also know that whoever delivered the box crushed one corner. Luckily a heel was in that corner, but if it had been a toe, it would have ruined the boot and I would have requested a refund.

Arrived in a timely manner. They fit true to size and are so cute and comfortable.
