Awesome shoes

No arc support very uncomfortable

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the shoes. . . I get many compliments on the several pairs I own. I'm very disappointed in customer service's responsiveness and ability to empathize with the customers; needs a bit of review with quality control too as 2 recent orders had 2 out of a total of 8 pair incorrectly sized (box correct, inside not), and find out "refund only" - No 'replacement' or 'exchange' allowed. This is the kicker, having 1) to be charged return shipping & handling charges for your mistakes, and 2) losing reward dollars, is not good business. Just sayin. . . I hope this is read only by Rocket Dog Customer Service management for consideration and accountability.

Shoes are fantastic, but 2 weeks to ship to Pennsylvania? I always ordered on Amazon before, but due to their awful customer service (Amazon), I will continue to order from your website despite the wait. The shoes are awesome as always!

I love these shoes. They are lightweight and comfortable. I would not wear them all day the first couple times due to the leather rubbing the top of the foot but after a few days they break in. I would buy them again.
