Gorgeous boots, so comfy - I love them

excellent service as always

Overall product was good, purchase was easy. However delivery and communication from customer service left alot to be desired. My order was due to be delivered on the 12th but was not delivered despite being tracked 48hr delivery. My package was then lost in delivery for over a week, then followed up with it being found and a falsified delivery attempt on a non delivery day. Eventually I finally received it on the 21st but only after reporting it to royal mail and actively chasing it up myself repeatedly including logging my own complaints against royal mail and arguing with royal mails customer service team. If I hadn't chased up royal mail myself I probably still wouldn't have received my order and would probably still be chasing up a replacement/refund. I did report it to customer service when it was declared missing and was given a generic response of "we'll look into it" with no further communication until a few days after I finally received it just to tell me it's been delivered... There was no updates at all. Oh and the box the shoes came in arrived damaged as well... The quality of the shoes is lovely however purchasing from the company's site with these issues with delivery etc makes it not really worth it, I won't be buying from here again I'll just see if any other shoe shops stock them when I need new shoes and safe myself alot of trouble and hassle.

Return system took several attempts to work.

10/10

Love these prompt delivery aswell

Nice boots good quality and value for money

Excellent value and design

Quick delivery and easy.

My 2nd pair

Fast shipping, I've never had any issues. I've only ever returned a pair of shoes once as the high top didn't suit me. No hassle at all, very straightforward, customer service was brilliant. Thanks RD

Great service although they are too small for comfort. Lovely boots.

Boots were too big, I returned them a week ago, but no acknowledgement and no refund. Not really well enough for an argument, but I will have to I guess.
