Great service

Service was excellent. Kathy was trrrific.

Perfect as always!

Modavi does a good job but the problem is when they hand the wine over to UPS or Fedex. You have to sign for the wine and Fed Ex and UPS make you wait at home all day for the delivery and frequently they will miss the promised delivery day and make you wait at home another day.

While the 2021 Napa Rose was a 2-star (flawed wine), the service was 5-stars in rectifying the situation.

Our favorite wine and winery to visit. Can’t wait for the grand reopening.

The wine tasting experience was awesome as well as the wine. I bought 8 bottles to be delivered the only problem I have is that it couldn’t be delivered to my home I live in NJ. I had to use a friend’s address in NY.
